FAQs AND INFOS _
Why hello there! Welcome to the most official bootleg shop on the internet!
I'm gonna list some FAQs here below:
Q - Who the f**k are you?
A - I'm a dude with two goals in life: achieving the best lasagna ever cooked by a human being, and selling shirts to afford the ingredients for my precious lasanier.
Feel free to ask me about my recipe, or if you wanna talk about lasagne or pizza.
Q - Are you ordering stuff from china in my stead like those tons of shops around?
A - Nope, everything is printed on-demand, I'm working with a printing company located in the US, they have several printing facilities around the States, and they're pretty reliable. Also, they have good customer service, so if you got any issues with your shirts, we can work that out.
Q - What's your line of work?
A - After I receive mail with your order, I proceed to make the order the stuff from the printer I work with, it takes me a few minutes (sometimes seconds) to get this done, I don't like making people wait.
I finalize every order manually so I can have total control over the process. Sometimes I need to adjust some stuff to provide the best service, such as the right printing size area compared to the size of the shirt or fixing a wrong address (typo hapens.)
Q - How long do I have to wait to wear your stuff?
A - After your order, it usually takes up to 4days to get the shirts shipped from the printer's facility. The delivery may take up to 4/5 days in the US, and about 2/3 weeks outside of it. If you're in Europe you should get your merch in about 15 days after they're shipped, but it really depends on your national postal services.
Q - Can I track my stuff?
A - Sure! But since I have to send every tracking link manually, I usually give you a tracking link when asked. The tracking works within the US borders, and international shipping can only update the location as far as it reaches the country of destination.
Q - What's your return policy?
A - I can't return anything since every shirt is printed on demand.
If there's something wrong with the print or the shirt itself, you're owed a new shirt (or a refund). If there's something wrong because I screwed up (wrong size/print), I can just send you another shirt, free of charge (for you but not for me).
Q - What kind of products do you work with?
A - I mostly use Gildan shirts/sweatshirts, since the quality/price ratio is hella good, and since I wouldn't cover expenses by using overpriced brands (my profit margin is already quite thin).
Shirts are comfy, 100% cotton, and sweatshirts are 50% cotton 50% polyester, they're quite plushie so they're great if you wanna stay warm.
Q - Do you design your stuff?
A - Most of my designs are based on infamous bootleg items, whether they're from crappy shirts full of Engrish nonsense, weird NES roms created in a dark Chinese basement, or on a box of some tacky console rip-off like the Polystation one.
I redesign 'em, and I try to be as faithful and pixel-perfect as possible to the "original" source material.
Some of my stuff is entirely original, like those vaporwave themed shirts, but they're bootleg-ish in their own way, since they're parodying brands/album covers.
Q - What if wanted a ladies' shirt?
A - Aye I could do that, just specify that you need a shirt in ladies'' fit in the order.
Q - And if I want a variation on a shirt, let's say, a purple one with a psychedelic print?
A - I can easily work on that, feel free to ask me if you have some special requests, I can make some extra work just for you, it's on me.
Q - How do I make a good pizza at home?
A - I can gladly help you with that, just reach me and I'll tell you all about my secret techniques.
Q - How are you doing?
A - No.
Q - How can I get in touch with you?
A - You can hit me up;

via Twitter, @bootlegtees
or via e-mail, [email protected]
Q - I've been reading this whole thing, do I deserve a prize or something?
A - Abso-frea**ing-lutely YES! It's not a secret by any stretch but, if you enter the code "SHRIMP" you get a whopping 10% discount on your entire order!
Why 10%, you may ask?
Because my profit margin is already quite thin, and putting a 5% discount wouldn't be a good deal for you, while a 15% discount would be a heck of a risk for me!
